Static Pressure Labels

For mainline valve labeling of upstream static pressures, which label keyword would be the best in describing the highest upstream static pressure? This is for a user with a significant elevation change on a gravity-fed system.

Row Count for Valve Locations Label

Is there a way to automatically label the location of a valve in a vineyard or other design by row count? For example, if a vineyard has 60 rows but the valve is placed in row 22, can I label it as in Row 22?

I like to keep the number of databases to a minimum, but seperate them by Ag and Turf.
Outside of a few materials, there is not that much crossover between these anyway.
