"Grayed out" design features

Hello,

My students are working on one of the tutorials: Working with Multi-Valve Designs. When they reach step 16, they try to re-run Mainline Design but all the design options are "grayed out." Management and Zone Design options are also "grayed out." Any idea why we aren't able to click on any of the design/management options?

Hi Kelley,

This sounds like the program has lost connection with the dongle or thinks it is busy with another process.
Make sure there are no dialog boxes or message boxes open. If not, save the design and then restart the program.
