Re: CSV Custom reports avilable on stand alone not availble in link
Hi Ari, Just copying the reports to the Link reports folder is the first step. Then you need to "Customize"" (right click in the toolbar space to find the customize menu item. You should then see a Customize window where you can customize Menu or Toolbars among other items. You can fi...

Re: Image file location (LINK)
Nick, once you have started a project design, say with a template or some minor items, and saved it within your folder structure you should then be able to import a GE image where it will be located in the folder where your design is located and the naming of that image will be identifiable by somet...

Re: modifying and changing in irricad link
The recommended and easiest way is to double click on that entity, and that brings up the edit window. Note, however, that if there are in that place more than one entity, such as one laid over another, then you may initially see a small menu to select one of multiple items to edit. An example is: E...

Re: connectivity problems in irricad link
For connecting pipes etc in Irricad Link, we suggest you OSNAP to "Nearest" as that is a better fit in terms of how Link was designed.

Re: Multiple Water Supply Error
Hi Luz, Please check that your water supplies are not located at inline positions-- they are only allowed to have one pipe attached to them. Secondly, be sure to note the difference between pumps and water supplies as IRRICAD defines them. The Help section gives important information there. Regards,...

Re: Exporting file to load into Google Earth
Hi, Using IC-Standalone V19.13, I have created a set of contours with Contour labels on a layer, IC_ContourLabels. I have been trying to View in Google Earth, and to export KML to Google Earth, yet so far I am unable to see those labels on GE-- it is only the contours that appear. When I do the expo...

Google Earth import various image resolutions
I would like to have available to me in Irricad designs a higher resolution image than that which I am currently able to import when I use your recently created utility to "Import from Google Earth..." So far to my understanding, it is not possible to specify different resolutions. Can you...

Import Google Earth elevations
For some strange reason, the elevation grid points that I am importing with Irricad version 14.12 do not show any elevation values other than zero. Thus I am unable to create contours. What may I be doing wrong? I have tried this with an existing Irricad and a new Irricad design, with the same resul...

Re: Flushing on Pivot corners
I look forward to your reply on this query--working on pivot corner fields in flushing mode is a challenge. Any general tips will be appreciated. Error message is that iteration number (100, and then 200) is exceeded with a shorter section. I divided the field similarly as described (3 flush manifol...

HGL scale range changes
Each time when I use the Hydraulic Gradeline tool the first window to appear has (to my eyes) a nice presentation with an elevation scale which has only a small sliver of the ground elevation showing at the bottom and the maximum zone pressure is very near the top, thus maximum detail can be observe...

Hydraulic Gradeline reverse direction
I really appreciate the HGL presentation options. However, I seem to frequently obtain the upstream end on the right side rather than on the left side where it would be more appropriate for readers, especially when we want to check distance from an upstream point. Is there an alternative to having t...

Flowrate Discrepancy
Using v13.20 and designing some subsurface drip systems I am seeing discrepancies between reported flowrates on labels (#ACTFLOW#) and reported flowrate in Zone Design Summary, the label-reported flowrate as much as 10% higher. In each case the system is designed, Connectivity is good, and Managemen...
