If the elevation information is too sparse this message could occur if using the AEI method of interpolating elevations. However if you switch to the newer "ABOS" method then there may be sufficient elevation for elevations to assigned to all hydraulic items.
Go to Design|Design Parameters|Hydraulic Parameters and enable the "ABOS Method".

Now interpolate the elevations using Design|Interpolate Elevations. It may be beneficial to add more elevation information for a more accurate result.

Miguel,

Does your elevation data span the entire hydraulic design (that is, are there contours or spot heights beyond where the hydraulic items are on the screen, including the water supply or hydraulic items that may be a distance away from the zones)? If not, you will need to add more contours or spot heights before continuing.
If the elevation data does span the hydraulic plan you can email the design (with explanation) to support@nelsonirrigation.com or support@IRRICAD.com for the support team to have a look at the problem you are experiencing.
