Hi,
the latest major release of Pro 14 includes Importing directly from Google Earth.
Given that Google Earth can have quite old satellite images, can Nearmaps (Google it) be used also?
In Australia, some of the images are updated monthly, but I am just not sure of the files you need to bring directly into Irricad.
Appreciated if you could look into it further.
Regards, Damian.

Re: Nearmap for version 14
Nearmaps cannot be used in place of the Google Earth Import in the IRRICAD Version 14 utility.
Even though we cannot incorporate Nearmaps if Nearmaps can export as KML or Geo-Tiff file formats then you can import the information directly into IRRICAD.
The facility to bring in images and data with the correct geo-reference and scale has been available in IRRICAD since Version 13.
KML files should also include any items you may have drawn in Nearmaps, if possible, and the elevations if present.
If those formats are not available you can always save from Nearmaps as a jpg, or other image format, and import into IRRICAD to manually position and scale.
