An option to have a background fill for the "draw text" tool (as is available with labels) would be a handy addition to help text stand out clearly when required ie. when placing text across laterals on a tape block entity where it is quite often hard to read. This option would also be great for the "draw linear dimension" text & "draw leader" text.
