it is written in the manuel :The pump must be placed downstream from the water supply and must not be placed in loops,
why we can not placed in loops where is the problem

It is possible to place pumps in looped parts of systems but it is not recommended because of the following:-
To simplify the user interface the direction of flow through a pump does not need to be specified by the user. When analyzing branched systems (or branched sections of looped systems) the flow direction is fixed but in looped systems determining the flows is an iterative process. In these cases the initial solution, when pumps are included in loops, may determine the final flow directions and in some cases these may not be correct.
In summary you can include pumps in looped sections but users need to confirm that the flow and therefore the head gain is in the direction they expect.
