Keeping Custom Menu and Toolbar Changes Between IRRICAD Link versions

Post by jovivier »

When we release a new version of IRRICAD Link we include the new tools in the menus. Because of this the existing partial CUI file is overwritten, unless you opt not to overwrite the CUI files in the installation wizard (IRRICAD Link Version 18+).
Therefore, to retain any custom commands or changes that you have made between upgrades we recommend that these are kept in their own partial CUI file, which can be reloaded after each upgrade. If you have not done this before, IRRICAD Link Version 18+ includes a Custom CUI that is preloaded for you to keep your modified menus and toolbar in.

If you have made modifications in IRRICAD Link V17 or older
If you have made modifications, without saving these in your own partial CUI file, and wish to have these available in your menus and toolbars as well as the new features added to IRRICAD Link Version 18+ then follow the steps available in the PDF file:-
AutoCAD - http://www.irricad.com/Irricad/Download ... utoCAD.pdf
BricsCAD - http://www.irricad.com/Irricad/Download ... icsCAD.pdf

How to make modifications in IRRICAD Link 18 or later
IRRICAD Link Version 18+ includes a Custom CUI file for your use. This file is named “IrricadACADCustom.cuix” or “IrricadBCADCustom.cui” . This partial file will be automatically re-loaded after upgrading and no extra work will be required. To make your own menus and toolbars in IRRICAD Link Version 18+ download:-
AutoCAD - http://www.irricad.com/Irricad/Download ... utocad.pdf
BricsCAD - http://www.irricad.com/Irricad/Download ... icscad.pdf
