Although we don't recommend having multiple versions of IRRICAD Link we understand that some people like to retain the previous version when they upgrade to the new version and select the "Side By Side With Older Versions" option in the installation wizard. When the upgrade also includes a CAD version upgrade then, by selecting to import the previous CAD settings, the support files search path settings will be incorrect for the new IRRICAD. Therefore, we recommend that when the CAD installation asks if you want to import the previous settings, say "No".
However, if you have already imported the CAD settings you can manually reset the CONFIG – Program Options – Files – Support File Search Path to have the new Irricad Link folder path replace the original Irricad Link folder path. For example, remove the line "Irricad Link XXXCAD" and add the new folder "Irricad Link V20 XXXCAD V22" or as required .
For AutoCAD also update the “Trusted Locations” path to the new IRRICAD Link installed folder. Then restart IRRICAD Link.
