Missing "Position Air Relief Valves" Tool in IrricadLink for Bricscad After Reinstallation

Post by sergiovillagran »

Hi Jo and Dan,

I hope you're both doing well! I wanted to reach out because I've come across a bit of a snag with my setup, and I could really use your expertise.

After reinstalling IrricadLink, specifically version 20_06B, on my system that runs Bricscad version 22.2.03(x64), I've noticed that the "Position Air Relief Valves" tool is mysteriously missing from the menu. I've double-checked the CUI to make sure I wasn't missing anything obvious, but it's not listed in either the workspaces or menu options.

I even tried installing it on AutoCAD to see if the problem was unique to Bricscad, but unfortunately, the tool is missing there as well. It seems like there could be a step I overlooked or a potential issue with this version of IrricadLink.

Could either of you shed some light on this situation or suggest any steps I might take to resolve this issue? This tool is crucial for my projects, and I'm a bit stuck without it.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and thanks so much in advance for your help!

Best Regards,

Sergio Villagrán

Hi Sergio

You can access this tool using IRR_AIRRELIEF from the command line. If you would like to have it in a tool bar you can add it to a Partial CUI. See below.

I'm not sure why it is not listed in the standard Irricad Tools menu. Possibly there are more tools than space, so it is one of the ones that is left out and useable from the command line.

regards

Graham
