Recently we've change the computer that uses irricad v1. Its a i7 11th, 32gb, 512ms, windows 11.
When we open an existing project, the irricad automaticaly freezes.
I've already done:
Reinstall Windows
Clean cache and temporary files
Done windows, drivers and firmware updates
reinstall irricad
We have the same computer with other irricad and it's work properly.
We don't have a clue what's going on.

There are a number of possible causes, please look at these two posts on the forum:-

Additionally please check and confirm if you are able to open IRRICAD from the desktop shortcut (i.e. into a new blank design). You may also wish to contact your local support (Netafim Brazil, jose.domingos@netafim.orbia.com) for help.
