May I know what could be the reason that the running cost of my sprinkler zone came out as -1? Thanks!

The -1 indicates that an error was encountered when trying to calculate the running costs. The most common cause of this is if mainline design/analysis hasn't been run, this is required before the running costs can be calculated.
