missing Hydraulic information from someone else irricad

Hi
we are working with two teams, every team is located in a different location,

when we are opening a file that has been designed on the other end we cannot see any hydraulic objects, all has been convereted into polylines or rectangles.

i belive its something to do with the Version, do you framilier with the situation?

one side versions is:
Irricad : 21.11
CAD ver: 9.0.0.58
Dongle ver: 21.000

other side version is:
Irricad : 21.31
CAD ver: 9.0.0.58
Dongle ver: 22.000

Please note that V21.31 can open designs created in V21.11 however V21.11 cannot successfully open designs created in V21.28 or later, due to the addition of the Pivot Module.
We recommend upgrading all of your IRRICADs to the latest V21 release, either via Help|Check for Updates or by going to https://www.irricad.com/upgrades-patche ... tandalone/ to download the latest patch.

Alternatively, export to a V20 design format for an older version of V21 to open.
