You can fix this problem by going to "Settings/Irrigation Items" and correcting the "Database Symbols Path". Either browse to the correct folder (use the [...] button) or simply press the "Restore Defaults" button (note that this may change some of the other values on this tab if they are not set to the default values). Hope this helps.
