I’ve been working on an older design which was created initially in an earlier version of Irricad and I’m adding additional area to the design but when I save the file under a new file name using "save as" single file saving does not appear to work and I still end up with 13 files.
Is this normal with older design files?
For future reference with single file saving would I be correct in assuming that it is safe to rename files within explorer or is it a better practice to rename files using "save as" within irricad?

Re: Single file saving
When saving an older design it will automatically save as a DES file. You can simply overwrite the .des extension with .dez in the "File Name" field of the Save As dialog to save the file into the single archive file.
It is safe to rename the DEZ archive file within Windows Explorer.
