Irricad Frozen

Post by turbofergy »

Hello

When i open Irricad it opens fine and displays a blank page, however it will not allow any input from the shortcut ribbons or menus.

Thanks

Hi Kyle,

Is this for Link?
Do you receive a message when trying to action IRRICAD tools? Do the CAD tools work as expected?
If so, it sounds like the Irricad64.brx (BricsCAD) or Irricad64.arx (AutoCAD) could not load when the CAD program started up. This will be evident in the command line. You may need to scroll up to see if the brx / arx was able to load or not.
If the brx / arx is not loaded try restarting the program.
Alternatively, try manually loading it via APPLOAD and browsing to the installed Irricad Link folder, commonly located at C:\Program Files\Irricad\Irricad Link XX.

If this does not describe your issue or does not solve the issue please contact your local IRRICAD support team for further assistance.

Hi Kyle,

Can you minimise the window? It sounds like Irricad might be displaying a message box behind the main window - or somewhere else. Do you have multiple screens?

Dan
