zone design configuration information

Hello everyone, I am having a problem in a watering design.

I am designing several valves, and in my zone design configuration I appreciate my valves already calculated with their respective maximum and minimum pressure.

Next, I add another irrigation area and verify my zone design setup and notice that the previously designed valves are without maximum or minimum pressures.

Hi

The problem you describe indicates that some of the internal design files have been deleted (this is where the missing information is stored). Did you save and re-open the design after calculating the original pressures and before you next viewed the Zone Design Configuration?

If so then please check that you are running the latest version (V19.12) - there was a problem in V19.09 that could cause this to occur. Note you can obtain the latest version via "Help/Check for Updates" within IRRICAD or download it from our website.

I think this is the most likely cause - if you didn't re-open the design at any stage then it will be more difficult to determine the cause.

I have version 19.09, I am already updating to check if that is the problem
