Hi
I am trying to install irricad link on Bricscad v19. The download and install occur fine however it fails at the final stages saying that Bricscad V19 is not installed. I have tried running and not running Bricscad at the time of install etc.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
Kyle

Re: Link Install
Hi,
This sounds like BricsCAD was not installed under your user name with administrator privilege. This is required to achieve all the necessary files in the AutoCAD / BricsCAD Users folder.
Our recommendation is:-
For the IRRICAD Link installation we suggest that the user be given Administrator privilege, if they don’t have it already, for the duration of the install. This will make sure that required registry entries are present and the User files will be accessible when logged in as the normal user. Note that BricsCAD or AutoCAD will also need to have been installed with Administrator privilege. Using the Admin password when installing for a normal user will not provide the required registry entries, nor will installing when logged in as Administrator provide the correct files in the Users folder.
Note that your licence is eligible for IRRICAD Link Version 19, which runs on BricsCAD v20 and 21.
