Cut lasso for drip tape

Post by Amin Machiani »

Hi Irricad team,

I have a block with two size of drip line (23mm and 20mm) in 26 rows. I used cut lasso and changed the rows to two size drip lines but after running the zone design got the error "Branches or bends in tapes or driplines are not allowed".
please see the attached file.

wondering if I can run the zone design with having two size of dripline in a block. I have done the same thing for sprinklers before and had no issues.

Thanks,
Amin

Hi Amin,

Tapes cannot have telescoping sizes or more than one submain. To do what you describe you would need to mirror the tapes as spraylines, as described in Help|Help Topics - User Manual -> Advanced Topics -> How To Simulate Tapes Using Spraylines.

For additional assistance contact your local support team, Netafim Australia.
